Patricia Nolan is a seasoned attorney with over 40 years of experience specializing in real estate, commercial lending, business organizations, and commercial transactions. Though mostly retired, Pat continues to advise clients on a wide range of legal matters, including business governance, entity selection, and the complexities of property acquisition and development. Her distinguished career is marked by her deep commitment to protecting the interests of small and medium-sized businesses.

Patricia is an attorney with Gammage & Burnham, where she has built a reputation over her more than four-decade career as a trusted advisor to clients in real estate, commercial lending, business organizations, and commercial transactions. Although largely retired from active practice, Pat remains an invaluable resource to the firm’s clients, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, as well as their owners and executives. She frequently consults with clients on issues such as business governance, employment-related matters, and entity formation, helping businesses navigate the many challenges that arise as they grow and evolve.

Throughout her career, Pat has been instrumental in managing the acquisition, development, and sale of real property, as well as advising clients on the borrowing strategies that facilitate their business growth. Her extensive experience in these areas allows her to offer practical, client-centered solutions, often guiding clients through complex decisions, based on their specific needs. She also assists clients in establishing new businesses and providing counsel on the broad spectrum of issues that entrepreneurs face in their early stages.

Pat’s leadership in the firm’s Corporate and Estate Planning practice group was integral to the group’s success until her retirement from that role in 2020. Her contributions to the practice and the legal community are reflected in her accolades, including being named Lawyer of the Year (Business Organizations, including LLCs and Partnerships) by Best Lawyers in 2023, and her Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, which she has held since 2002. This peer recognition underscores her commitment to delivering effective and highly respected representation. Pat has also been listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers since 2011 and was recognized as one of Arizona’s Top 100 Lawyers by AZ Business in 2018.Beyond her legal work, Pat’s passion for the law and her clients remains unwavering. Though she now focuses on mentoring and providing strategic advice to clients and colleagues, she continues to be an integral part of the Gammage & Burnham team, known for her thoughtful, practical counsel.

Outside of her legal practice, Pat enjoys spending time travelling and maintaining an active lifestyle. She is also deeply involved in various charitable and civic organizations in the community.
