Chloe A. Plaisance

Chloe Plaisance is an associate attorney in the Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate Practice Groups. She represents various landowners, real estate developers, and homebuilders throughout the Valley and Northern Arizona.

Chloe guides clients through the entitlement process and regularly attends neighborhood meetings, zoning adjustment hearings, planning commissions, and city council meetings. She also assists with the acquisition, leasing, development, and sale of real property.

Chloe graduated magna cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and is a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Chloe was honored as a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar and served as a Staff Writer and Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal.

Outside of the office, Chloe can be found enjoying the Arizona sunshine with her dog, Kane. She also enjoys art, reading, practicing yoga, and visiting her family in Colorado.
