Gammage & Burnham client Papago Park Center’s new The Grand project located at Priest Drive and Washington Street in Tempe is turning previously vacant land along the Grand Canal, Valley Metro Light Rail, and Loop 202 into a multiuse project with offices, apartments, and eventually a hotel.

Grady Gammage, Jr. Participates in Teleforum on Property Rights Bill
Grady Gammage, Jr. participated in a recent teleforum on Protecting Property Rights in the Sharing Economy. This podcast was sponsored by The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.
The teleforum focuses on the recent law signed on June 1st by Governor Doug Ducey prohibiting local and municipal governments from banning Internet-based “sharing economy” rental services like Airbnb and VRBO, which connect travelers with short-term vacation rentals and the broader issues relating to property rights and the sharing economy.
