News: Gammage & Burnham Announces the Promotion of Ivan Gonzalez to Member

We are proud to announce that effective January 1, 2025, Ivan Gonzalez is promoted to Member at Gammage & Burnham. This promotion is a testament to Ivan’s hard work, dedication, and the significant contributions he has made to the firm and its clients.

Ivan has been an integral part of our Litigation Practice Group, where he has demonstrated a strong strategic approach to commercial litigation, contract disputes, and real estate and construction matters. He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, handling complex legal challenges with skill and precision. Ivan’s ability to navigate high-stakes litigation has earned him the respect of both clients and colleagues alike.

Before joining Gammage & Burnham, Ivan served as Assistant Counsel with the Department of the Navy’s Office of the General Counsel. In this capacity, he provided legal counsel on matters involving employment law, procurement law, and real estate, and litigated complex issues such as discrimination, sexual harassment, and federal whistleblower claims. His experience in these areas has provided him with valuable insights into the legal and strategic considerations that shape successful litigation.

Ivan earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law. He also holds a B.A. in Secondary Education – History, magna cum laude, from Arizona State University, and previously worked as a social studies teacher in the Valley. Ivan’s background reflects his strong commitment to service, both professionally and personally.
