The 16th Annual ULI Arizona Trends Day is fast approaching! This year Trends Day will be Trends Week with three mornings of future-focused real estate content, served up virtually. By going virtual, we’re able to showcase even more amazing national and local speakers, sharing timely discussions about development from both the private and public sectors and compelling issues that overarch all industry segments. Arizona’s real estate and development industries have grown rapidly with the expanding population of our cities and counties, and this growth demands that industry leaders have a firm understanding of the trends driving change and what may lie ahead. Our goal with Trends Days is to introduce new ideas and facilitate and encourage ongoing conversations and connections. As the 2021 Trends Days Chair, I am especially looking forward to hearing from our distinguished speakers, like Dr. Peter Linneman (CEO, American Land Fund) who will give the economic keynote address, Mary Ludgin (Sr. Managing Director, Heitman) sharing her knowledge of Capital Markets, and so many more! Trends Day is always one the most exciting and talked about real estate events of the year, and has the distinction of being ULI’s 3rd largest global program.
