PHOENIX – Gammage & Burnham is pleased to announce that Member Lindsay Schube has been honored in the “PTK People & Projects to Know in Commercial Real Estate – 2024 Edition” by AZ Big Media. Those recognized in the annual publication are nominated through their peers and colleagues based on the individual’s leadership, ingenuity, and accomplishments in Arizona’s diverse commercial real estate industry.
At Gammage & Burnham, Lindsay is Co-Chair of the Zoning and Land Use group. She focuses her practice on both the legislative and administrative levels representing landowners, businesses and developers. Lindsay regularly attends and presents in front of planning commissions, city councils, and other regulatory bodies to obtain land use entitlements on behalf of her clients. This includes rezoning approvals, variances, use permits, site plan approval, and plats among other entitlements and land use issues.
She also assists clients in the Cannabis Industry, concentrating on land use and permitting issues with cities, counties, and the Arizona Department of Health Services.
